Disclaimer: Some may take offense to this post. As always, my goal with this article is to be honest.
We know now what women find physically attractive in men, but what do they find unattractive?
Physical attractiveness is not only subjective, but holistic — an attractive man is more than the sum of his attractive parts. But generally speaking, some features detract from the looks of a guy, instead of adding to them. Luckily, many of these features are not inherent to men and can be changed:
1. Muscular
Why are so many men convinced that being muscular will increase their appeal to women? There is such a thing as being too muscular. Some muscles on men is attractive — a toned body is attractive. However, men who can pass for bodybuilders increase their risk of being passed over, for less muscular men. Too much muscles distorts the natural body shape.
2. Very Long/Ungroomed Hair
Hair can also enhance the appearance of a guy, but it does the opposite if it isn’t taken care of or if it’s too long. The message women get is that personal hygiene is not high on the guy’s list of priorities.
3. Many Tattoos
Unless the man is Travis Barker, arms, chest, or a face covered in tattoos is hardly attractive. How can it be — no one can actually see whichever body part they are covering. None or few tattoos is best.
4. Overgrown Beard
See number 2.
5. Beer Gut
Men are not exempt from keeping up their personal fitness and health. A stomach that is only rivaled by a woman in her last trimester of pregnancy is simply unattractive.
Which features do you find the most unattractive in men?

Number one and five are deal breakers for me. I am not attracted to huge beefy guys in the least. I love a lean guy whether he’s just lanky or toned/athletic. A average sized/toned body is cool too but definitely not huge. Some wrestlers I look at and think how much cuter they would be if they were smaller like Randy Orton and John Cena. Beer Gut is also a huge turn off for me. As for Tattoos, I do like a guy to have a few as long as its not on his face or neck. It also depends on what the tat is. I dated a guy who had a tat of his face surrounded by gold on his chest, it was so annoying to have to look at that all the time. It made him look like an arrogant douchebag.
For myself, muscular development that appears to have been “enhanced” is not attractive, but I do like those who have gotten their muscles the old-fashioned way. Men don’t have to be pretty, but they must look clean and typically unkempt hair does not. The gut can be a deal killer if it starts to look like the “aprons” i see on some women, because that means that your muscles have atrophied.
Jessica,
“I am not attracted to huge beefy guys in the least. I love a lean guy whether he’s just lanky or toned/athletic.”
Same. There are no words to express how attractive a tall, lean guy is to me.
*visions of John Isner dance in Alee’s head*
“Some wrestlers I look at and think how much cuter they would be if they were smaller like Randy Orton and John Cena”
You do that too? I thought I was the only one who looked at muscular guys and think how much better they would look if they didn’t have all those muscles everywhere. Randy Orton isn’t too bad right now, but I agree he’d be better of if he stopped pumping the iron.
“I dated a guy who had a tat of his face surrounded by gold on his chest, it was so annoying to have to look at that all the time. It made him look like an arrogant douchebag.”
I can only imagine. You’d have to be pretty self-centered to get a tattoo of your own face.
Next we should discuss unattractive personality features…
1& 5 are a no go for sure!!!
no huge guts, had a guy try to dance with me and because i’m short, felt like I was carrying his belly on my back
no bueno!!!
i like muscles, i’d rather that than fat or super skinny. I don’t want someone looking like they pump iron ALL day and juice up with steroids, but yeah, The Rock could sling me over his shoulder ANY day.
Unattractive:
fat
beard/mustache unless close cut to face
more than one or two tattoos, prefer none
bad teeth (complete deal breaker)
Sherry,
“The gut can be a deal killer if it starts to look like the “aprons” i see on some women…’
If a guy’s stomach resembles a woman’s in any way, that’s not really attractive. Men’s stomachs should be pretty close to flat, no lumps. 🙂
—
Nikisha,
Does Mr. Nikisha (or should I say Mr. Brunson) have a lot of tattoos? I’ve always wondered that.
Vonnie,
“no huge guts, had a guy try to dance with me and because i’m short, felt like I was carrying his belly on my back
no bueno!!!”
Oh, no! Lol, I feel bad for laughing at the thought of that, because it probably wasn’t funny at the time and probably still isn’t.
The Rock/Dwayne Johnson to me isn’t extremely muscular. He used to be, in his wrestling heyday, but not so much anymore. But he’s good-looking (not really to me, but I can see his appeal) despite his muscles and not because of them.
“Unattractive:
beard/mustache unless close cut to face”
For me, some mustaches can look good. But I’ve noticed most of the men I consider attractive are clean-shaven.
lol Russel brand? yuck!
A little thickness to a man is nice but not body building muscles.
Too many tattoos makes a man look like a gangster.
Lol, yes that’s Russell Brand above number 2. His hair doesn’t always look that terrible, though…
@alee oh you can laugh, the ish was hilarious! it was like a heavy backpack, i hurried up from under it! *shudders* my friends were dying laughing, heiffers didn’t save me!
Short men and I know short men can’t do anything about being short. But really if you’re short I don’t even see you and short me is anything under 5’8″. The rest of it you can do something about well maybe not the tats, Matt has a gut but we’ve both been losing weight the weird part is he only has a gut, he’s got nice legs, nice arms but all his weight goes to his tummy. It’s sort of funny. I like tats but he has none, facial hair I like but really I like beards not just the mustache and no goatees, ugh. Thin and I do mean skinny men, I don’t want them fat but I don’t want them too skinny.
But as I got older I had to think, well what was most important as I said some stuff you can change, some you cannot. At this point people’s personalities aren’t going to change so could I put up with changeable things to get the man of my dreams, specifically if he wanted to change them. I thought it was okay.
I used to think there’s only one unattractive feature a guy can have, and that is to be bald/have receding hairline, or similar. I know it sounds cruel and unfair, but hair is the first thing I notice on a man, and sometimes, the only thing I notice. lol
But lately, I’ve realized how unattractive excessive muscles are. I really don’t like guys who are too muscular. It’s just not particularly attractive.
Also, I am not much of a fan of body/chest hair.
I must say although I don’t particularly like the muscular dude I can see how that can work on some guys. I’m not one for the muscle bound man but like on the Rock yea it works well. As I said I’m not really attracted to skinny men but I think Russell Brand is cute, I know it’s disturbing me too. But I think it’s a combo of things that make a man attractive and although he may be missing one, something else can make up for it. Russell is skinny and facial hair is something I wouldn’t be thrilled about but to me he’s funny so that beefs up his overall attractiveness. I like funny guys, the kind with a wicked sense of humor and sarcastic so I like Seth Rogen and I liked him in the 40 Year Old Virgin, he’s so funny. So in one spot where a man could be avg or below avg other things could make up for that. I wish for perfection but unfortunately I just can’t get it LOL.
Mira, Cosign about bald/receding hair. Some guys can pull off a shaved head though. I tend to think the darker the skin the better a guy can pull off a bald head but regardless, I prefer some hair. I need something to run my fingers through. Baldness, Bad teeth, and shortness should be added to this list cause those are also deal breakers. Although, the love of my life was only 5’6 and a half but he was a very rare exception because his face was beyond gorgeous.
It’s interesting about the height… I am not particularly attracted to short men, but they are ok. Height was never a dealbreaker for me. But short guys were never interested in me. I don’t think I ever dated a guy shorter than 5’10” (granted, that’s below average for my country, but still taller than me – I am 5’2″).
@Mira you’re short, so you know unless he’s a midget most men are probably taller than you. 🙂 I’m 5’8″ for some reason I attract a lot of shorter men, they really seem to like me and it’s not that easy trying find a tall man for me. The avg. American man is 5’10” that’s not tall to me, anything over 6 ft. is tall but they aren’t abundant. Luckily w/ Matt I got a tall one he’s 6’4″ which is perfect for my height.
Amazing! You listed 5 of the things that turn me off in men. You only left off earrings and body piercings.
“Same. There are no words to express how attractive a tall, lean guy is to me.
*visions of John Isner dance in Alee’s head* ”
~Alee
I have always loved a long, lean man. To me, it screams masculine vitality. My perfect example is Alexander Skarsgard from True Blood. I also like the looks of the actor who plays Alcide, though he’s not really my cup of tea body build-wise. I like that his muscles look real, not steroid induced. He’s very cut, but natural-looking.
I don’t mind if a guy is short, even though I am tall. Would I prefer tall? Yes, all things being equal, but it’s not a deal breaker. Also, I don’t mind balding men. One of my first childhood crushes was Captain Jean-Luc Picard, of Star Trek: The Next Generation. He was, and still is, very sexy to me. He’s probably also why I prefer men who are intelligent, mature, and fully in control of their emotions.
I’ve never had any use for whiny, overly emotional men who “lose control”. Maybe you can add that to your list of unattractive personal traits in men?
Vonnie,
Since it’s okay with you that I laugh, I’ll let it all out instead of trying to muffle my laughter. Your friends are terrible; I would at least try to help out. 😛
—
Eugenia,
Oh, you just broke so many men’s hearts with the short thing, especially saying under 5’8″ — the actual average height for a guy in the U.S. is 5’9″!
My love of tall men is legendary (I’m 5’8″ too, so at least we have an excuse 😉 ). However, shortness is not a dealbreaker to me. I’ve dated plenty of men around my height.
“As I said I’m not really attracted to skinny men but I think Russell Brand is cute, I know it’s disturbing me too.”
Lol.
I agree that there is usually a combination of factors which make a man attractive and some parts can make up for others.
—
Mira,
“I used to think there’s only one unattractive feature a guy can have, and that is to be bald/have receding hairline, or similar.”
Well, if he is bald on purpose, I can live with that. 🙂
But receding hairline… yes, I’ll have to pass on that one too. I might feel differently when I’m 50+ since many of the men my age will have a receding hairline.
Jessica,
“Baldness, Bad teeth, and shortness should be added to this list cause those are also deal breakers.”
Ha, if enough people say these, I’ll add them. Complete with hilarious photos. 🙂
—
Andrea,
“Amazing! You listed 5 of the things that turn me off in men.”
What can I say, I’m every woman. 😉
“You only left off earrings and body piercings.”
Oh yes, I left those off on purpose; I was going to include them with tattoos but I didn’t want to crowd the list. But hopefully everyone gets the gist — close to natural self is best (except the hair, cut the hair!).
“I’ve never had any use for whiny, overly emotional men who “lose control”. Maybe you can add that to your list of unattractive personal traits in men?”
Yes, I’ll look at the comments here when I make that list. 🙂
When I say short is a deal breaker I mean short for real. 5’8 is fine to me. Im 5’5 and a half. The guy I dated that was an inch taller was so gorgeous it didnt matter but totally with you Alee on the tall thing. Theres nothing like a guy over 6 ft. Am I right or am I right? LOL
P.S. I think Russel Brand is gross!!!
Jessica,
So about ~5’4″? Yes… I don’t think I could do that. Good thing there are very few men who are that short.
“totally with you Alee on the tall thing. Theres nothing like a guy over 6 ft. Am I right or am I right? LOL”
You are right, so right. Especially long arms, long legs… It’s utterly entrancing.
Alee,
Well, if he is bald on purpose, I can live with that. 🙂
I think it’s the opposite with me. If he has receding hair, well, it’s hardly a guy’s fault. And I like when a man is natural, so, I guess I could live with that.
But to completely cut/shave a perfectly nice hair ON PURPOSE. Oh, no no no no! 😛
Eugenia,
I think your experience proves my “theory” about short men and their dating preferences. So many of them like tall (or at least average) women. Not many like short girls. While I was growing up, my mother told me I shouldn’t worry about being short (and in my culture, 5’2″ is considered VERY short; 5’7″-5’8″ being average for women), because a short girl can date both short and tall men.
Wrong. No short guy was ever interested in me.
Mira,
“…to completely cut/shave a perfectly nice hair ON PURPOSE. Oh, no no no no!”
Ha. But lots of men look better with bald or with closely cut hair. I’m sure you won’t agree, but I have to put it out there anyway. 🙂
Well, you’re right about disagreeing!
On the other hand, I agree with whoever said bald look suits dark skinned people better. Still, blacks often have such a beautiful hair texture so I prefer if they don’t cut their hair too short.
Alee, yeah I couldnt do 5’4 either no matter what their face looked like. When they are that short, its hard for me to see them as masculine. I may be wrong for this type of thinking but a man is suppose to be at least a little taller than me cause otherwise I feel like the masculine one next to him. The thing tall guys is that most women naturally feel more feminine and protected with them.
Mira, Im the one that said bald looks better on dark skinned people. I just dont like the way it looks on white men or even light skin black men. I did see a really attractive bald (by choice) white guy the other night but I was just confused why he would shave his head because I could tell he would have a full head of dark hair. He wasnt a skinhead or anything cause he was with a non white woman. Close cuts though are fine to me.
Jessica,
You might be right about dark skinned men looking good when bald. I sure have no experience here. Still, I like hair so much that, no matter what, I prefer a guy with hair.
As for height, I never even met a guy who was 5’4″. I rarely meet women who are that short.
Alee,
And what about the features in men that are usually considered unattractive, but doesn’t bother you (us) for some reason? Or the opposite, features that are considered attractive, but do nothing for us? (Like this muscular thing, for example).
Wow, I see the ladies are really not feeling the muscle up in here! I guess I’ll have to represent those that do …
Alee,
Mr. Brunson only has one tattoo, a sleeve on his arm going from his wrist to his shoulder :). He wants more but I am trying to make sure he doesn’t go over board.
@Jessica and Mira,
The thing about bald heads + dark skin is that I’ve noticed that dark-skinned men who are bald tend to be muscular. It’s like as soon as they become bald, they start lifting. And since the majority of us agree that muscularity is so not hot…
But just think of all the bald, dark-skinned men in the media: Tyson Beckford, Ving Rhames, Shaquille O’Neal, Terry Crews, Taye Diggs, Djimon Hounsou, Tyrese, Morris Chestnut (he looked so much better in his Best Man days). They are all muscular, if not very muscular. The only exception I can think of right now is Michael Jordan, but even he is looking beefier these days.
Mira,
“And what about the features in men that are usually considered unattractive, but doesn’t bother you (us) for some reason? Or the opposite, features that are considered attractive, but do nothing for us?”
I could do those, but how would I go about it? Overrated/underrated features in men?
Sherry,
You just haven’t noticed how unattractive it is yet… you’ll be on our side soon. 😛
—
Nikisha,
“Mr. Brunson only has one tattoo…
*breathes a sigh of relief*
“a sleeve on his arm going from his wrist to his shoulder”
*loses breath*
Make sure you stop him, a sleeve is more than enough! I like your little foot tattoo though. If I were to get a tattoo, it would be something like that.
I want one but tattoos on dark skinned people looks terrible. One more point to the light skinned people of the world..
Nkosazana,
That is not true. Tattoos can look nice on darker people; I see it all the time. But I think the trick is using only black ink, not colors. All-black tattoos are better for everyone, IMO, but it’s especially so for darker people.
Still not convinced. All I’ve seen has been so so and don’t look as nice as on lighter people 😦
Tattoo
yuck!
Okay, Nkosazana, a few things wrong with that example:
1) The tattoo has color. As I said, colored tattoos don’t look as good
2) It’s on his face. Facial tattoos are just not that great
3) It’s Gucci Mane…
Kanye West has a tattoo on his arm which looks nice; it’s of Maya Angelou’s “Still I Rise”. And Nick Cannon’s “Mariah” tattoo on his back looks nice (well, as nice as a humongous tattoo of your partner’s name can be…)
Agree to disagree!
Nkosazana, of course, of course. 😉
Alee, agree with you that Morris Chesnutt definitely looked better in his best man days. He was also super hot in two can play that game. He can pull off being bald but of course looked better with hair. Michael Jordan probably looked the best bald but when I look at pics of him when he was really young with hair, he was really cute.
I could do those, but how would I go about it? Overrated/underrated features in men?
Yes, I think it would be good title for the post. Muscles are definitely overrated.
Nkosazana,
I am not crazy about tattoos, but I don’t think they look ok only on light skin. If nothing else, when the skin is too light, they can be too noticeable, in a bad way. Think of a difference between “in your face”, heavy makeup and a subtle, classy one.
Still, I think skin shade is not the most important. There are other things to keep in mind: the symbol/shape of the tattoo, the place and, of course, the colours. I’m with Alee here: black tattoos are the best. (Now, I disagree about Nick Cannon’s tattoo… It’s cheesy. But it doesn’t look bad on his skin. Still… cheesy).
As far as the tats and looking better on light skin, I dont think it makes a difference unless the skin is so dark to where it wouldnt really show up well. Nick Cannon’s looks good but someone like Akon for example I think he should avoid getting tats. Dont know if he has any or not though.
I have a tattoos, they’re funny with the color thing. This city is a tat mecca, pretty much everyone I know has one. They have a huge convention here for tattooing. Matt doesn’t though, I got mine in college. It’s on my upper arm so I can cover it for work. I knew a guy who had this Japanese guy do one for him, the guy was an artist and it was upper arm and shoulder, beautiful work, it cost him $2500 to get it done. Tats are not some bad boy thing anymore for many it’s art and a lot of them I see are just gorgeous. Mine needs to be re-inked it’s faded over time but I’m planning on getting another one on my upper thigh as conservative as I am in my dress and hair and all things that’s my one wild side. In some parts of society or some places tats arent as accepted but Seattle is eclectic so it’s not a big deal here and pretty much accepted even on most jobs and I worked in the legal industry for 10 years.
@Alee I know I did but you know many things you can change on a person, height is not one and I just couldn’t do the short thing. I should feel bad but really no I don’t. LOL.
@Jessica well Russell Brand isn’t for everyone just for us odd girls. It’s an odd attraction but I know ppl who think George Clooney is hot and I think he’s average as all get out. He only looks good in a suit, now that’s my odd un-attraction.
@Mira, I don’t know what it is about short men and tall women. You’d think a man would feel emasculated by a tall woman but they seem love us. I think really tall men like really short women, I don’t think they really like tall women. I heard a theory about this once from Patti Stanger of Millionaire Matchmaker, she thought tall men didn’t want tall women b/c they didn’t want mutant tall kids LOL. I think many tall men like spinners.
Eugenia, Co-sign about George Clooney. I just dont get it. I can clearly see he’s a handsome guy but he’s not out of this world gorgeous. Very overrated. Another guy Im gonna have to add to the overrated list would be Johnny Depp and I know everyone will disagree with me there. I think he’s a brilliant actor but I have asked several women what is it about Johnny Depp that you find so appealing? When I watch POTC, my eyes are glued to Mr. Orlando Bloom (wherefore art thou orlando! *sigh*)
I think tall men like short women cause its a dominance thing but thats just my theory.
@Jessica I like Johnny Depp myself but I must say I was ogling Orlando Bloom in Pirates also. When PTOC 3 came out I was working downtown Seattle and there was a huge ad for the movie on the side of a building I walked towards to get my daily Starbucks it had JD, Orlando Bloom, Knighley, Geoffrey Rush, Chow Yung Fat on it and JD and Orlando Bloom looked so good to me, everyday it mesmerized me as I walked down the street. The first time I almost tripped staring at it instead of looking where I was going LOL.
That’s an interesting theory. 🙂
Mira,
You hit the nail on the head with (really) light skin + tattoos sometimes being too in your face. And I agree about Cannon’s tattoo: It’s tacky. I was just saying it doesn’t look bad in relation to his skin tone.
—
Eugenia,
“I should feel bad but really no I don’t. LOL.”
LOL.
You’re so bad.
I agree that George Clooney doesn’t do much for me. But men in suits? Yes, please.
And tall men should get with tall women so they can have models and/or basketball playing children. My aunt and uncle are both tall (above 6’0″), and nearly all of their 6 children play basketball. Everything in their house is gigant-sized; the ceilings are so high you might think you’re in a chapel.
Jessica,
“Another guy Im gonna have to add to the overrated list would be Johnny Depp and I know everyone will disagree with me there.”
I won’t! Mira will though. 🙂
“I think he’s a brilliant actor but I have asked several women what is it about Johnny Depp that you find so appealing?”
You might be interested in reading this post: The Johnny Depp Factor. But Orlando Bloom is said to have a similar appeal to Johnny and people say they look alike…
I also don’t get the Johnny Depp George Clooney thing. They are both good looking — Clooney more so than Depp, but still… Depp and Bloom look NOTHING alike! The people who think so must be partially blind.
Andrea, look at this. 😀
Ooh dont do that to me Alee, thats one of my fave pics of Orlando! Johnny and Orlando are the same type but they dont look alike if that makes sense. I think Orlando is way cuter. I see so many youtube videos of Orlando vs Johnny and Johnny always wins and I dont get it. Lookin at them side by side, Orlando blows him out of the water. Did anyone see Orlando and Zoe Saldana in Haven? I had to look away during the love scene. That was too much.
@Jessica Haven, huh? I never heard of it before, but I will find it. LOL. Can hardly wait.
You wont regret it Andrea. Their part of the story is him and Zoe are a young in love couple in the west indies but her family (especially brother) hates Orlando. If that had’ve been me it wouldntve been any type of struggle or issue. I wouldve left my parents home so fast and gave up anyone in my life who had a problem with him. Um yeah you guys can see how much I like Orlando Bloom. Let me stop cause this is getting off topic since he doesnt have ANY unattractive features.
Jessica,
“Johnny and Orlando are the same type but they dont look alike if that makes sense.”
Oddly, it does. 😉
“Let me stop cause this is getting off topic since he doesnt have ANY unattractive features.”
Hmmm… he might. 🙂
I don’t fight him attractive even though I can see his appeal. But he isn’t really my type, I guess.
“1. Muscular
Why are so many men convinced that being muscular will increase their appeal to women? There is such a thing as being too muscular. Some muscles on men is attractive — a toned body is attractive. However, men who can pass for bodybuilders increase their risk of being passed over, for less muscular men. Too much muscles distorts the natural body shape.”
Only for the extremely shallow, slutty women out there who want nothing but sex and no strings attached.
Hi LR, many of those women probably like normal-sized men too. 😉
Physically stronger women are not attracted to physically weaker men, nor are physically taller women attracted to physically shorter men. Every woman that talks about her ideal man has emphasized that fact. Then you see her actual choice of man – the fact is reinforced. To claim/argue otherwise is sheer ignorance. Women seek at least an equal or greater, not less. It’s a fact!
And yet, I know many women who choose partners who are shorter than them. And no, I’m not talking about gold-diggers or those who have dishonest motives for dating.
I
likelove tall men, but it doesn’t have anything to do with strength or “masculinity” or any of that usual mumbo-jumbo. I’m actually only very attracted to tall and slim or thin guys, the slim/thin part is mandatory. Bulk/muscle is a no, and the thinner the better.(Of course, not to the point of severely underweight, but skinny arms and legs, yes. The kind of guys that complain they can never gain weight and try to lift weights so they don’t look so skinny… <3)
Now, just how can one tell if someone is physically stronger than them, I have no idea.
How did I miss this post?! Let me catch up. I pretty much agree with all of 5 items on your list Alee although I can cut leeway on muscular. Like everyone else posted, I don’t want Arnold-his-prime muscular cause that is too cartoonish and is an indication of misplaced priorities for me but would die for a Brad-Pitt-in-Fight-Club cut body even though that too is a sign of misplaced priorities! Lol, I’m such a hypocrite!
Mostly though, I am not too picky on weight on men. I prefer them bulkier rather than skinny but for the most part, most guys I’ve dated are in the normal range of distribution weight wise.
I also am a lot more forgiving of height than a lot of women. He’s good as long as he is taller than me in heels…and I’m 5’3. I’ve actually turned down dates with guys 6’2 and up cause the height disparity was too extreme for my comfort (plus other reasons).
Too many tattoos is off putting and I normally am not a big fan of facial hair although some guys can carry off a scruff.
In all honesty, I never placed that much emphasis on men’s looks for relationships although I do appreciate a good looking man like any other woman. Confidence, intelligence and charm overcomes a man’s lack of good looks for me. It’s been the basis of my selection for boyfriends in the past.
My non-negotiables for men tend to be in the non-physical realm.
I’ve never dated a bad boy, which is interesting cause a fair number of them like me. I can see the attraction for them but I also have a very strong self-preservation and pragmatic streak running through me and never was tempted to go out with them.
Anyone else date bad boys/dangerous men?
Sophia,
This post might have been slightly before your time…
6’2″ is like the beginning of just tall enough for me! 6’6″-6’7″ is good, taller than that might be too much. Still I’d rather 6’9″ than 5’9″. Nothing better in the entire world than a tall, thin guy.
“In all honesty, I never placed that much emphasis on men’s looks for relationships”
Well, you and I quite different in that one aspect!
“Anyone else date bad boys/dangerous men?”
I only like bad guys if they’re tall and thin. Hah.
But bad guys are often avoidant or just generally not relationship material. So while some are appealing, I wouldn’t bother.
I like tall men, but I understand Sophia: I am 5’2″-5’3″ and guys taller than 6′ are, well, there are some logistical problems with kissing and… other stuff. 5’10”-6′ seem to be the best for a girl my height.
Then again, if he has gorgeous… Ok, you know how this goes.
You two can leave the 6 foot and up guys for me, I don’t mind. Not at all! 😉
It’s a deal! But if they have beautiful hair, I might rethink about it.
Seriously, as much as I like tall guys, it’s not really that important to me. The only reason I’ve never dated a short guy is that short guys were never attracted to me for some reason. But other than that, I think I wouldn’t mind a short guy, provided that he has great hair and beautiful eyes. (Ha! I bet you thought I was gonna say something like “a nice personality” :P)
Mira,
“Seriously, as much as I like tall guys, it’s not really that important to me.”
It is that important to me. Not in the sense that a guy must be 6’2″ minimum, but in the sense that if he is, that makes him much more attractive. Even if a guy’s face is just okay he passes for attractive in my book if he’s tall and thin.
“But other than that, I think I wouldn’t mind a short guy, provided that he has great hair and beautiful eyes. (Ha! I bet you thought I was gonna say something like “a nice personality” 😛 )”
*dead*
Nope, I didn’t. I know you too well. “Personality”?… Who cares? Lol.
some guys are just attractive for no reason. my bf isnt tall, not very big, but gals just die for him even gals a lot taller than him…pisses me off..
Hi Alina,
Lol. I know what you mean. But there probably is a reason for it. It may not be a reason we “get”, or it may be a number of factors that come together to make a person attractive. Some short(er)/small(er) guys are attractive, for sure.
Nissim,
And of course you sound like a lovely person!
You have to understand that people have the right to their personal opinions that have nothing to do with you. Don’t be so offended by impersonal opinions.
It is funny, however, that you made a test comment before adding your real comment. Because you knew your comment would be moderated and you knew it was trash. And that’s exactly where it went.
funny, I actually quite like bearded men with tatoos an long hair
